"The teaching resources of Chinese classroom"is a new concept which puts forward in the new curricular reform and means various main factors source and carry- out conditions which supporting Chinese classroom teaching and exploited of it. These main factors and conditions not only can be material, can be also immaterial; Not only can be a school, classroom inner part of, can be also exterior of the school and classroom; Not only can be visible, can be also invisible; Not only can have already been make use of currently, can haven't been make use of so far, latent of as well.Humanities, integrity, dynamic state, opening and experience are the basic characteristics of the teaching resources of the Chinese classroom under the new curricular reform background. The humanities is the essence existence of the teaching resources of Chinese classroom, it on the one hand expresses of taking"person's"development as originally aim and on the other hand expresses of putting fix attention at"person's"whole development; The integrity is the space attribute of the teaching resources of Chinese classroom , all kinds and a certain kind of teaching resources of Chinese classroom all have integrity; The dynamic state is the time attribute of the teaching resources of Chinese classroom , it includes the dynamic state combination, dynamic state born and dynamic state adjust of resources main factors; Opening is the existence form of the teaching resources of Chinese classroom, it not only includes opening of space structure, but also includes opening of sequence of time; Experience personally is the performance method of the teaching resources of Chinese classroom. The teaching resources of Chinese classroom under the new curricular reform background are no longer the unfamiliar material which leaves outside of students' experience. It emphasizes to interact with students, carrying on increasing or deleting and taking or rejecting. So, it brands students' experience personally on a higher degree.The basic type of the teaching resources of Chinese classroom under the new curricular reform background include abundant precious students' resources, deep meaningful teacher's resources, open and diverse textbook resources, harmonious and comfortable environment resources, angles -various and integrated information resources, vivid and immediate born resources. As for the students resources, the students' experience, difference, mistake, interest, question...etc. are all precious classroom teachings resources; Teacher resources include the teacher's morals and emotion resources, personal ability resources , idea and realize resources etc.; In regard to textbook resources, it includes not only the textbook resources as the depending of teacher's"teaching", but also the textbook resources as the depending of students'"study"; In regard to environment resources, this thesis carries on a study from two sides of the mental environment resources and the physical environment resources; In regard to information resources, the author investigated three stages of information technique integrating Chinese classroom teaching and tallied up two types of information technique integrating Chinese classroom teaching; As for born resources, this thesis carries on a study of three aspects of the born of teaching target, the born of teaching contents and the born of teaching process.The development and exploitation of the teaching resources of Chinese classroom under the new curricular reform background includes three parts : the theories foundation of development and exploitation, the principle of development and exploitation, the strategy of development and exploitation. The theories foundation of development and exploitation includes an education philosophy principle , study theories and teaching theories; The principle of development and exploitation includes the initiative principle, the aimed principle, the science principle and the economic principle; The strategy of development and exploitation is in response to six basic types. It includes six parts:"Establish a scenario, skillful exploitation, promote students resources share symbiosis","Pay attention to cultivated manners, renew ideas, arranging contents of teaching in response to students' need","Use flexibly, whole controlling, strengthen teaching materials' horizontal and lengthways contact","Stress harmony, construct atmosphere, set up the classroom environment in ecosystem turn","Give timely assistance, put life into it , teach vivid Chinese by making use of information resources"and"Well prepare to establish, pay attention to stay white, promote preparing and establishing to dialectical unify".The basic guarantee of exertive whole effect of the teaching resources of Chinese classroom under the new curricular reform background include four parts: Strengthen the teacher's course consciousness, wake the students' corpus consciousness up, speed construction of well-teaching textbook and adopt a diverse evaluation method.
