The combination of self-taught examination and Internet is inevitable with the development of times,and is also bound to form distance education of self-taught examination,which is a diversified form of self-taught examination that integrates five generations' educational technology means.The form of self-directed learning exam is the result of using modern information technology to improve their development.As a e-education that takes Internet platform as the center and learners' autonomous study as the object.The quality security and service advantages of distance education of self-taught examination entirely depend on the learning resources' quality and pattern that provided for the learners,which is crucial for self-taught examination to seek to improve and reflect its own characteristics,particularly resources selection methods and advantages of discriminating strategy,and the structural characteristics and study characteristics of the candidates for the self-taught examination are the keys to success or failure of the combination of self-taught examination and Internet.Learning resources are kinds of learning materials needed by teachers and students in the process of learning.It is an important condition to promote learners' study and help them to finish school.At present,the theoretical construction system of learning resources is still in infancy and the exploitation and utilization of learning resources are still in the exploring stage.Self-taught examination,since its birth,has been consulted the general curriculum of higher education system and resources mode.It has no independent development of ideas,and its own independent learning resources system construction is still virgin ground.If self-taught examination wants to advance with the times and make a great progress in order to strengthen its function and take the responsibility in the process of building learning-oriented society,we should reform the traditional teaching philosophy,teaching tools and teaching methods to provide students with study support services of various forms without limitations of time and space,and depend on the quality development to expand space for students to acquire knowledge and provide students with a full range of learning resources services.Any educational process is a process of information exchanging,which is the process of educatees access resources from educators.Owing to the recessive state of educators of self-taught examination and the universality and changeability of accessing learning resources,more and more autonomy and choice ability are required for learners,which highlight the richness and quality of learning resources.The combination of self-taught examination and Internet has satisfied to learners' resource requirements,but we must change the past status of self-taught examination according to the characteristics of the Internet and construct specific means for learning resources' development and utilization in order to find a suited development program.As a new mode of learning that combined with the requirements of the times development,learning resources' construction must be an important topic of the development of the combination of self-taught examination and Internet,which is also need to be further studied.This thesis aims to discuss the development and strategies using of learning resources for e-learning platform of self-taught examination from the following aspects:1.Considering the characteristics of learners of self-taught examination,exploring what roles the construction of learning resources play in the e-learning of self-taught examination,which fully demonstrates that learning resources are important,and analyses the types and constitutes of e-learning resources of self-taught examination.2.According to the history of self-taught examination development,analyse he actuality of construction of learning resources in-depth in the process of its development to study in order to find out the shortcomings and afford available plans to the development and strategies utilization of long-distance education of self-taught examination.3.According to the composition and operation characteristics of student services systems of long-distance education of self-taught examination,study specific strategies for distance education of self-taught examination's learning resources development and utilization to provide measures for the resource library's construction of e-learning of self-taught examination and resources obtaining of the candidates for the self-taught examination.
