Under the context of life-long education and learning-oriented society, self-taught examination system and community education has received highly attention more than ever before. The desire of community residents to receive and attend life-long education has became more intensity, resource of free flow and space of freely moving gradually formed and developed. The macroscopical background has provided a good integration opportunity for self-taught examination and community education resource. Education is an isolated system not any longer, its development not only needs those resource of inner education but also to cooperate actively with other organizations and education forms. The development of community education in china is still in the initial stage, the history of self-taught examination is also not very long, but they both have problems in resource of leaving unused and in short supply. Therefore, it is urgent to construct a new mechanism of resource integration, so as to Effective integration of educational resources and satisfy people's growing demand for education.The thesis analyzed the background and research status of self-taught examination and community education resource integration. Taking it as a starting point for the study, It did a separately summary of theories of self-taught examination system and community education resource, based on the relationship between resources and then to form an theory framework of the thesis. On the basis of theory research and analysis of their education resource, From institutional level , structure level, security level, and operational level to establish an integration mechanism for self-taught examination and community education and some policy advice. This study attempts to build a practical resource integration model of self-taught examination and community education ,so as to meet the requirement of self-taught examination system and community education reform and development. Therefore, it can maximize the self-taught examination and community education institutions' educational and social benefits, and ultimately to service for building a life-long education system and a learning-oriented society.
