| As the practice of informational education developing,many educators concern themselves with how to make use of modern network and media for effective learning.In recent years,as the coming of web2.0 era and increasing development of new media technology,digital technology has been put into massive use in many fields,such as business training,information retrieval and species of teaching and scientific researching fields.And it has also integrated into every aspect of people's working and learning.Podcasting,as a new generation of web-communication medium,was introduced into education process,brought a new prospect for personal learning and network teaching,and offers a new tool or platform for further promoting teaching reform.Based on the theory and technology application of Podcasting,this paper assumes to establish a Podcasting-assisted teaching form as a well-communicated platform between teachers and students,apart from the limited classroom teaching of college education.It aims at promoting student's autonomic and collaborative learning,enlarging the breadth and depth of knowledge acquisition,and enhancing communication and cooperation between teachers and students,to achieve the purpose of stimulating students interest of studying and upgrading the teaching efficacy.Moreover,it also expects to explore Podcasting's application form and strategy in the process of teaching assistance,through the study of central Podcasting's designation of application in the example of film post-production.This research can be divided into four stages:document research,theory research,case study and evaluation.This paper starts with the correlation theory in the teaching field,analyzes Podcasting's influence and supportive effect as a tool to improve student's learning;it establishes a teaching assistance platform based on pdocasting;it discusses the general model of Podcasting-assisted teaching of college;then based on this type,it designs a practice to test the validity and function of Podcasting-assisted teaching of college.Based on the theory research, this paper takes'Postproduction of the Film and Television' for an example,which is a 2005 enrolled students' course in department of Modern Education Technology,Southwest University, analyzes the characters of this course and demands of students,in the way of case studying,gives Podcasting a trial.The study shows that the application of Podcasting-assisted teaching achieves some confirmatory effects.Students are interested in Podcasting-assisted teaching,because it satisfied their studying demands.Students' learning initiatives improved a lot,and so did their autonomic and collaborative learning ability. |
