With the continuous development of the information society, all countries of the world are actively promoting the educational informationization, and are exploring the use of modern information technology to promote the development and reform of the national education. Since2000, some countries, such as Singapore, the United States, Russia, South Korea, have launched a pilot study of the e-schoolbag. In China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Shanghai and other regions have launched the e-schoolbag projects, Until2012, primary and secondary schools in Beijing, Shanghai, Guiyang, Xi’an, Zhengzhou and other large cities also have carried out researches and experiments of e-schoolbag teaching model.The E-schoolbag is a wireless teaching platform; it is a mobile carrier combining the hardware and software, containing electronic textbooks and supplementary resources; it is the teaching platform for interaction between teachers and students. It can realize such educational functions as the electronic assessment and feedback, with network connectivity to meet the individual learning needs. Personalization, mobility, and on-demand service are the key features of the e-schoolbag. Although the e-schoolbag is able to realize a number of educational philosophies, there is still little applied research about the e-school bag in subject teaching and no systematic investigation and scientific papers on the application model and effect of the e-schoolbag have been provided at present.This study is conducted based on the transverse project of Li Ren Institute of Digitized Education of Primary and Secondary Schools in Shaanxi Normal University—"The Innovative Study of Subject Teaching Model Based on E-school Bag in Primary and secondary Schools". It selects the mathematics as the object of study, exploring mathematics teaching model based on e-schoolbag through teaching practice, and finding out the effectiveness of elementary school mathematics teaching model based-on e-schoolbag by a variety of methods such as quasi-experimental methods, questionnaires and interviews. This paper puts forwards problems and application strategies of Mathematics Teaching Model Based on E-schoolbag in Primary Schools when apply in teaching, and provides a reference for the optimization and application of the future e-schoolbag products in teaching. This thesis is constituted by six chapters:Chapter1:Introduction. This chapter sums up the literature review of the present domestic and abroad papers through the analysis of the research background. It introduces the significance of the research, the research objectives, research contents and research methods.Chapter2:The e-schoolbag related presentations and system structure. This chapter defines the concepts related to the study and e-schoolbag, introducing the e-schoolbag of a Shuttle V08CN01Model EDUPAL used in the experiments and functions of hardware and software of the e-schoolbag.Chapter3:Constructing the application mode of e-schoolbag on mathematics subject in elementary school. Combining with the learning features of elementary mathematics and under the guidance of Mode Theory, two application models of the e-schoolbag in teaching mathematics in primary school are proposed:The Formation of Mathematical Concept—The Acquisition Teaching Model、The mastery learning Teaching Model.Chapter4:Mathematics Teaching Model Based on E-schoolbag in Primary Schools applied in teaching. This chapter apply the teaching model in primary school of grade three on mathematics subject, and each model gives the corresponding teaching cases.Chapter5:Research on the Effectiveness of the e-schoolbag in primary school mathematics teaching. This chapter combines with achievement test, questionnaires and interviews. The questionnaire investigation is conducted in the experimental class before the experiment and after the experiment; the instructors are interviewed before the experiment and after the experiment in order to analysis the effectiveness and the reasons of the e-schoolbag in primary school mathematics teaching modelChapter6:Application suggestions of mathematics Teaching Model Based on E-schoolbag in Primary Schools. This chapter based on all kinds of data and information collected during the experimental process, according to the problems that exist in the application of mathematics teaching model based on e-schoolbag in primary schools put forward the application suggestions and six elements should pay attention to during application.
