At present, the public high school, which is on the threshold of the society transform, is being in the face of many challenges, There is a common problem among those questions, which is that how to allot the inner power of school to every one at the second time. On the basis of the foundation on the study that has been founded by the domestic and international researchers, aiming at some limitations, the author tries to take it into systemic analysis again so as to get rid of them.Owing to the special perspective of the field theory, we select the "field theory" as the basic analysis unit and tool in order to cast the light on the question which is that how to allot the inner power at school. In order to have a clear view on internal mechanism of the inner power allotment at school, we can allot the inner power allotment at school perfectly. Firstly, the essence of the power is interest. Secondly .the members in the filed of school are in a kind of power relation at school, this kind of power relation decides the behaviors of the members, this power relation is a kind of contract in essence. The contract can be understood by two perspectives which is the extent apperceived and the motivation of the members, the two perspectives are related closely and affect each other ,so they make up four kinds of complicated contracts, such as active— clear contract, passive—clear contract, active—covert contract and passive— overt contract. Thirdly, the basis of the power contract is power capital, which is the material and substantial basis of which the members can make use to obtain some power or form some kind of power structure, at the same time, it is the resources of the system, which can be used by the members to establish some kind of power structure. According to the style of the environment where the power capital lies in, we can divide the power capital into two halves, one is the power capital in the realistic world, the other is the power capital in the virtual world, then, according to elements of the capital power at school, we can dividethe power capital into five categories, such as the political power capital, the administrative power capital, the scholarship power capital, the economic power capital, the symbolic power capital. Finally, the contract among powers will be affected by various factors, Here we are to regard the medium that is organized by the members of some system in their intercourse as the incision, according to the medium that is faced by the school members in the current system communication, we can give the complicated relation explanations through three factors, such as the frame of system and the media. On the basis of those reasons, we try to set up a three-dimensional prospect that has two forms, such as exterior three-dimensional prospect and intrinsic three-dimensional prospect, through three aspects, such as different members who have some kind of power, different kinds of powers and the inner structure of some kind of power.The author had an investigation into the public high school through issuing the inquisition questionnaire and having live interviews with members there. Here are five mainly aspects: Political power: the partial sturdy domination with initial step turn from monopole; Administration power: controlling and controlled double existing with over-emphasis on the rigid bureaucracy. Scholarship power: the feeble independence with the worrying bureaucrat. Economic power: the dependent influence with the inner part single pole controlled. Symbolic power: the inner-controlled character deeply lured with complexity generated in the environment. Moreover, the author also finds there are many contrary phenomenon in the realm, which just reflects the current real state on the inner school power, such as, the contradiction between having crucial or more powers and having trivial or no power which is perceived in the mind, the contradiction between craving for empowering and retreating to centralization of power, the contradiction between having power formal and having no power really.On the foundation of explanation on the inner school power's operation mechanism, analysis on the phenomenon and reasons, we try to put forward some useful measures to the inner power allotment in public high school.
