In recent years,Intensive Interval Training is the main training method which aims at the aerobic and anaerobic mix-metabolize energy supplying athelefic training.It is the ability to develop glycolysis and aerobic mix-metabolize energy supplying,Thr organism of glycolysis energy supplying system,non-lactic acid atheletic ability,and the development of organism's aerobic atheletic ability are raised by Intensive Interval Training.It has the features of small amount training and using less time.It's better for athelets to stabilize teqnical actions in fierce dual meet and complicate match environment.By higher heart-rate stimulation,the organism's anti-lactic acid ability can be raised,It makes sure that atheletes can maintain the sustained exercises abilities under the higher intensity environment.Repeatition Training Method and Intensive Interval Training have many similarities informs,But the difference is that,Intensive Interval Training makes very strict rules on the interval time between every training unit.However,Repeatition Training has very fully relaxing time between every training unit.It can raise the storing and supplying energy ability of orgnism's glycolysis suffiently,decelop atheletes'speed and strength endurance,and raise orgnism's ability of anti-lactic acid.Because the two have the similar training forms and features,We always feel confused in teaching and training.Thus,it's bad for aiming item training,and it has the disadvantages in realizing scientific training aims.Nowadays,the most researches of distance running are concentrated on 1500 meters or even more longer running.But the researches on 800 meters are less.Beacause of the dual features of energy supplying on 800 meters,it's necessary for us to choose the proper training method.Scientific training which influrnce the organism bio-physical and bio-chemical norm has becom the hot topic in modern P.E teaching and training.According to he research of this topic,we can provide the theoretical basis on 800 meters scientific training.This aricle uses the methods of reviewsand data,interciews,experiments and math-physical statistics,etc,as research methods,selects ten 800 meters athelets in both intensive interval training and rpeatition training groups as research objects.And by analyzing the number of RBC,HGB,HL,recovery speed rate and the scores of the two groups of objects before and after the experiment,we can find that:shorter-time intensive interval training and repeation training can make the number of RBC raising,but it's notobvious;both of the intensive interval training and repeation raining can raise the content of HGB,but the latter is nit obvious;both of the intensive interval training and repeation training can raise the density of HL,so it can raise the ability of abaebobic metabolize;both of the intensive interval training and repeatition training can reduce the density of HL obviously after recovery in the same time,so it can raise the ability of aerobic metabolize;both of the intensive interval training and repeatition training can raise the scores of the 800 meters atheletes obciously,but the former is better than the latter.In the following it is some suggestions:1.using intensive interval training,we must follow the operating method strictly.We should control the whole and every part of training's strength,and the heart rate of every athelete.Let them have the active relaxing way.That can help the organism's recovery.2.both of the intensive interval training and repeatition training are good training methods for the distance running training.We should use the proper training method,according to the aim,task and demand,to achieve the training aims and raise the scores.3.Each training method has its own features and signinficance.We should combine them with each other to make a better effect.4.Both of the intensive interval training and repeatition training can increase the ability of aerobic and anaerobic mix-metabolize energy supplying system,increase the scores.We can also use these methods in other training items.5.For those who want to raise the scores of their 800 meters running in a short time,the intensive interval training is strongly suggested.
