| In the college entrance examination sports test,the 800 m project has always been a major difficulty for college entrance examination sports students,which has greater requirements for the physical fitness,physiological and psychological load of college entrance examination sports students.In China’s grass-roots 800 m training,the training methods and means are still relatively single and repetitive,coupled with the characteristics of short training time and poor foundation,it is difficult to improve the 800 m score of college entrance examination physical education students.800 m project mainly uses glycolysis energy supply system energy supply,and intensive interval training is an important training method for the development of mixed energy supply forms and heart functions based on glycolysis energy supply,strengthening intermittent stratification training,that is,on the basis of strengthening interval training,combined with the characteristics of 800 m projects,energy supply characteristics,college entrance examination physical education student training characteristics,etc.The training means of the 800-meter project are layered,and after each level of strengthening and consolidation,and then enter the next level of training,Finally,the purpose of improving the 800 m score of physical education students in the college entrance examination is achieved.The study will strengthen the impact of intermittent stratified training on the 800 m running performance of college entrance examination physical education students as the core,the experimental object is Huozhou No.2 Middle School high school high school entrance examination physical education students,using query data,expert interviews,experiments,data analysis,divided into control group and experimental group,the subjects before and after the experiment quiet heart rate,quiet blood pressure,lung capacity and 800 m sports performance for comparative analysis,summarizing and exploring the training methods and means suitable for college entrance examination physical education students to improve 800 m score,Provide a basis for grassroots 800 m project training.By training two groups of subjects for 12 weeks,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)After 12 weeks of intensive intermittent stratification training,the T test results of the experimental group and the control group were different in heart rate and lung capacity(P<0.01),and the T test of blood pressure was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The T test of quiet heart rate and spirometry index(P<0.05)was statistically significant for girls in the experimental group and control group,but there was no statistical significance for the T test of quiet blood pressure index(P>0.05).This shows that the body function of the experimental group is better than that of the control group to a certain extent after 12 weeks of intensive intermittent stratification training.(2)After 12 weeks of intensive intermittent stratification training,the 800 m scores of boys and girls in the experimental group and the control group have made significant progress(P<0.05),and the 800 m results of the experimental group and the control group after the experiment are compared,and the 800 m score of the boys(P<0.01)and the 800 m score(P<0.05)of the girls are of statistical significance.This shows that the experimental group’s800m score improved significantly after 12 weeks of intensive intermittent stratification training compared with that of the control group.(3)Strengthening intermittent stratified training methods and means has more advantages than traditional training methods and means to improve the 800 m score of college entrance examination physical education students. |
