Currently, The university students’ employment pressure has become the consensus ofthe community. University students make more attention about how to find a job and choosingwhat kind of work. Parents and students have more and more favour of college students’autonomous entrepreneurial, because it can resolve the students’ employment problems, releasesocial and family pressure and achieve the life value. But many university students also haveconfusion when face how to choose entrepreneurial, and how to grasp the opportunity in theprocess of entrepreneurial. Though some were also venture, they did not achieve the desired effect,instead of carrying on a heavy psychological and economic burden.About the research of entrepreneurship questions, most of scholars from home andabroad view entrepreneurship opportunity identification and entrepreneurial learning as the coreissue of entrepreneurial research, but people are more concerned about those individual practi-tioners and the employee of the company, and less on the university student’s entrepreneurialwork, thus this study’s perspective is heading to the graduates.Trough comprehensive analysis literature study about college students’ entrepreneurial,this research introduces entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial opportunity identification,and we add entrepreneurial alertness as variable to that two theory so as to explore the relationshipamong the three. We through the revised university student’s pioneering work alertnessquestionnaire and entrepreneurial opportunity identification questionnaire, the choice of Henanprovince and domestic several universities in2012as the research subjects were graduates in thepilot test, based on the questionnaire and extend through the network electronic questionnaire way. Issue of formal questionnaire was600, recycling, out of540valid questionnaires of500, therecovery is90%, and the recovery93%effective. We use SPSS16.0and AOMOS7.0statisticalanalysis software, and the recovery of effective questionnaire data using t-test, exploratory factoranalysis, the verification factor analysis, relevant analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis,analysis of variance analysis method, regression analysis to one conclusion:1. The venture alertness by sharp predicted, reconstruction framework and explore themining of three dimensions; Opportunity a chance to non-profit and opportunity to identify thetwo dimensions of the feasibility of the form, which include industry attractive opportunities tonon-profit, economy and competitive three dimensions, opportunity feasibility contains key force,entrepreneurs and social network characteristics in three dimensions. entrepreneurial opportunityrecognition to study a significantly positive prediction function, venture learning opportunityrecognition of dimensions of different effects.2. The venture to learn and entrepreneurial venture alertness opportunity recognition hascertain intermediary role. Venture learning contains the pioneering consciousness study, businessknowledge, business skill learning and learning self-control of the four dimensions. The sharpentrepreneurial alertness predicted, reconstruction and explore mining framework threedimensions in the study of self regulation and entrepreneurial skills learning the two dimensions ofthe opportunity to have completely non-profit mediating role, in the business skills learning thedimensions of the opportunity to have complete feasibility mediating role, in the pioneeringconsciousness learning this dimension of opportunities are not completely intermediary rolefeasibility.
