Since August 6,2002 "National Sports College Teaching Program guidance"(hereinafter referred to as the "Program") of the National Physical Education reforms have made great progress in theory and in practice,has done a lot of work,received a good effect.All colleges and universities have adopted new ideas,new theories,new methods of exploration and testing,and the formation of the current college sports teaching model the pattern of diversification,sports clubs form of teaching was very concerned about the whole process of its people-centered to student-centered,"Health First" "lifetime sports" for the purpose,fully implement the "outline" of the spirit.According to the new century of college sports education and upholding the "Student-centered,health first,lifelong sports,"the guiding ideology,to meet students interested in the development of their exercise habits,improve their physical fitness,rich students after school sports,physical education development time and achieve the internal and external integration,on the campus create a good atmosphere for sports and cultural goals.Using literature,questionnaire survey, interviews and statistics and research methods at the Central University of Finance and Sports Physical Education teaching models include the objectives,curriculum,organizational forms,the process of teaching equipment and venues and schedules,physical education students right now,the attitude with analysis.Physical Education for existing problems and shortcomings,through to the characteristics of school sports clubs management of exploration and operating mechanism,building a special school for students in the school sports club,for all students, "university sports" curriculum for teaching,the school teachers and students live for after-school sports Fixed and competition.The students and teachers will,teacher resources,space equipment,such as timing of the Central University of Finance in the implementation of the new model on the feasibility analysis,the results showed that:First:Central University of Finance and the Physical Education:①present,sports content of the course can not meet the needs of students. ②students of the traditional teaching of not satisfied,they prefer students between peer groups and science,so that students with learning styles.③students to the existing physical education process,the neglect of the main body of students to teachers for the center was not quite satisfied with the past,we note that in Physical Education,who issued the order,academics response,the students are heart-and illegally.④classes teach students the system will always fixed in a classroom teaching,the same starting line,ignoring differences in the level of students,the impact of the talent to play.⑤physical education not fully guiding students to the role of physical exercise.⑥physical education is taught technology center,neglected sports knowledge dissemination methods and fitness,sports,culture and sports, "Lifetime Sports"awareness training.Second:the Central University of Finance and Construction Sports Club:be divided into "teaching"(special instruction classes), "healthy"(after-school physical activity) and "Training-type" (high-level sports team training)three types.Third:The students will,teacher resources,space equipment and time arrangements,and so on feasibility analysis,the conclusion is that in schools sports club model is feasible.
