Inner Mongolia University Of Finance And Economics Development Strategy Research

The Chinese colleges and universities have been in a time of competition and change.To respond actively to the unprecedented opportunity and challenge,which have been brought by the macro-administration system reform,popularization and internationalization of higher-education,the strategic management is an inevitable and realistic choice.Having a clear picture of the situation,the administrators must run colleges and universities in enterprise management,strengthen their awareness of administration on top-level design,set up market consciousness and be customer-oriented,thus shift their focus from administration to management and service.Meanwhile,a study on development strategy a scientific selection of developmental approach and improvement in administration are essentials for colleges and universities to adapt to the increasingly fierce competition and achieve steady and sustainable development.The applied research on university strategic management and its effective implement are the focus and main problem to be solved in this paper.By conducting a historical analysis of the connection between strategic management and development of colleges and universities,combining theory with practice,this research construct an effective mode of strategic management for Inner Mongolia University of Finance.Based on documentary study,practical research,systematic analysis and other research methods,applying strategic management theory,an investigation on the internal and external circumstance of Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics are made during the writing of this paper,which reveal the internal strengths and weaknesses,as well as the external opportunities and threats.And adding help of SWOT analysis,it is able to accomplish the strategic objectives under the premise of making strategic choice,set security measures and strategic positioning.The strategic management theory in this paper demonstrates an innovative application of developmental strategy making in financial universities,of which inspiration and practical guidance are expected for the Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics.
