Under The Background Of New Era College Sports Club Infiltration Of Moral Education Research

The study of moral education penetration in colleges and universities from the perspective of university sports associations is the need of socialist builders and successors who,under the leadership of the communist party of China,train people,serve the governance of the communist party of China,consolidate and develop the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,and serve the reform,opening up and socialist modernization.It is of great significance for the thorough implementation of the basic task of education,which was put forward at the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China.This article mainly USES the literature material method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics research methods,such as sports club in Shanghai university of finance and economics of system analysis and in-depth discussions about the infiltration of moral education,makes every effort to the sports club of the content and characteristics of moral education infiltration as well as the system analysis and in-depth discussions about the implementation of the strategy,aims to enhance the actual effect of moral education infiltration,sports clubs for the concrete practice of the moral education infiltration in sports clubs to provide the reference.It is of great time value to strengthen moral education in sports associations and guide college students to set up correct world outlook,outlook on life and values.It is beneficial to further develop and improve the theory and practice of moral education,expand the way of moral education and improve the effectiveness of moral education.Moral permeation in physical education mainly includes three aspects:permeation education of moral emotion,indirect cultivation of volitional quality and positive guidance of social behavior.It has the characteristics of integrity in the target,diversity in the content,potential and continuity in the implementation process,concealment in the effect,and difficulty in observation.At present sports community in Shanghai university of finance and main problems of moral education infiltration are: moral education infiltration method to innovation,school of sports community management system is not perfect,community management is not standard,sports clubs,the guidance of the teachers did not give full lack of scientific evaluation mechanism of moral education infiltration of sports club.The reasons for these problems are as follows: the management of school sports clubs does not pay enough attention to moral education infiltration,does not fully realize the moral education infiltration function of sports clubs,the PE teachers attach more importance to skills than to moral education infiltration,and there is a contradiction between the physical and mental characteristics of college students and the form of moral education infiltration.Finally,following the principle of combining theory with practice,the author puts forward some concrete strategies to strengthen moral education in sports communities.That is,the emphasis on the innovation of the moral penetration of sports clubs;Digging into the way of moral penetration in sports clubs;To build sports associations to make full use of moral education;Improve the quality construction of PE teachers;To scientifically evaluate the educational effect of moral penetration in sports clubs.In a word,we should give full play to the advantages of moral education in sports organizations and permeate moral education in the whole process of sports organizations.
