Based on the literature of persons qualified to teach P.E.,P.E.theory, pedagogy,and sociology,human resource management,psychology and statistics,the author put out 513 pieces of questionnaire to 479 P.E. teachers,20leaders,and 14 professors of 10 universities in Zhejiang Province,and had interviews with numbers of scholars in Zhejiang Province.Analyzed the collecting materials,and compared the persons qualified to teach P.E.of the undergraduate college from junior professional college with college and university in Zhejiang Province, it got the conclusion:1 The number of P.E.teachers in the undergraduate colleges from junior professional colleges was far away from other undergraduate colleges in Zhejiang Province.2 The P.E.teacher of the undergraduate colleges from junior professional colleges was a young team of persons qualified to teach in Zhejiang Province.The general age structure was well,and the proportion of teachers whose school age was a little short under 35 years was a little big.Middle aged and young teachers were main force.3 The specialty structure of P.E.teachers of the undergraduate colleges from junior professional colleges was without reason in Zhejiang Province.P.E.teachers who teach skills concrete in football,basketball, volleyball,and track and field.The specialty structure couldn't satisfy the sports require of students.4 The title of a technical post structure of P.E.teachers of the undergraduate colleges from junior professional colleges was without reason in Zhejiang Province.The P.E.teacher proportion of high class title of a technical post was less than other undergraduate colleges significantly.The main reason of P.E.teacher was big job pressure,bad foreign language base,inadequate school recognition,and inadequate self effort.The educational level was without reason,high class educational level's person was in little proportion,but the undergraduate college was well.5 the teaching ability and teaching level of P.E.teachers of the undergraduate colleges from junior professional colleges was well in Zhejiang Province,but which was still a gap to the other undergraduate colleges.The teaching load of P.E.teachers of the undergraduate colleges from junior professional colleges was a little heavy,most was in 18-20 lessons/week,some even got to more than 20 lessons,which exceeded the requirement of teachers load significantly.6 the status of general scientific research of P.E.teachers of the undergraduate colleges from junior professional colleges was not allow optimism in Zhejiang Province.Most scientific research motive was for higher the title of technical post;both the quantity and quality of essay were low.The chance of attending in a advanced studies of P.E.teacher was a little,recent 10 years,76.01 percent P.E.teacher never attended in.7 The living treatment of P.E.teachers of the undergraduate colleges from junior professional colleges was not well;there was a gap to the other undergraduate colleges.The working treatment of P.E.teachers of the undergraduate colleges from junior professional colleges was not better too.8 The team of P.E.teachers of the undergraduate colleges from junior professional colleges was instable;latent trouble of missing teacher was bigger.This article analyzed above status;toward how strengthen the construct of P.E.teachers of the undergraduate colleges from junior professional colleges,it proposed leaders of the undergraduate colleges from junior professional colleges should strengthen the recognition degree;increase the force of teacher in draught,as increasing the educational level of P.E.teachers who in active service;elevate the teaching level of P.E.teacher;elevate scientific research ability of P.E.teacher;strengthen the study of P.E.teacher,elevate the ability of P.E.teacher,foster high level's classed team;elevate the treatment of P.E.teacher,strengthen occupational moral education,stables thoughts of P.E.teacher,mobilize the working positivity of P.E.teacher, for providing a reference to foster and build a team of P.E.teacher who are stable,high level,and can adapt the requirement of higher education reform and develop.
