Based on the theory of career planning, using the methods of literature data, expert interviews and questionnaire survey, this paper conducted the research on individual career planning and organizational career planning to 285 junior and senior undergraduate majored in public utility management and sports industry management from Management Institute of Beijing Sport University, and got the conclusion as follows:Firstly, the career planning has a special significance for the students majored in sport utility management and sports industry management, as compare with the students of physical training, other sport majors and management major students in comprehensive university, students of sports management major lack of obvious core competitiveness and the advantage is not prominent.Secondly, viewing from the students'individual career planning, due to professional choice of blindness, some students'opportunity cost is increased, and the career exploration period is extended, so that affecting the long-term career development; for their, although the level of self-understanding of character and ability is high, yet most of this knowledge comes from family members, relatives and friends, as well as the evaluation of students; in the aspects of the match of professional competence and personal career development, only a very few students who has passed the relevant vocational and professional qualification certificates; the majority of students have a distance between the professional expectations and career choices; students in vocational values gradually transformed from the "ideal value" to "economic value"; close to 40%of the respondents have a weak awareness of career planning, and lack of a clear career development goals and planning.Thirdly, the "organization" refers to Beijing Sport University School of Management. In recent years, School of Management has conducted the guidance of career planning and employment to the junior, senior students:set relevant courses based on career development; provided internship opportunities comblned with career development; established the graduate employment tutor system; carried out career planning guidance to the junior and senior students; launched the "career values" education to the junior and senior students. At present the main problems are:career planning courses is set up arbitrarily only as electives in the senior; career planning guidance is only opened for graduating students, which lead students missing the golden period of "active preparations", as well as easy to ignore upgrading of their inner selves, comprehensive quality. This is not only harm to students' long-term career development, but also not conducive to raising the employment rate. In addition, it is difficult to meet the students'needs of career planning in human, financial, and material.Based the above conclusion, some suggestions is put forwarded as follows:First, the undergraduate of two majors should correct the career values; an objective assessment for themselves and the environment in which should be conducted; determine the basic vocational direction; set up the concept of lifelong learning and improve their overall quality.Second, as the "organization", School of Management should take the necessary measures to run through career planning education to the whole process of the four-year university life; combine the "employment guidance" and "career counseling" organically; with external forces, improve the education quality of career planning from "organization" for students.
