The voice of globalization wave upon wave today,if the higher sports college wants to a higher level,we must learn from the successful experience of foreign countries to the localization.Analysis and comparison the development strategy of "educate" between China and the United States sports college from "education,scientific research, social services.We can identify gaps from the macro level to accurately grasp the future direction and focus on the micro level from the school to improve the quality.The development strategy of " educate "between China and the United States sports college is not so much a development strategy in the common ground between the two sides,it is generated in each other different social background,school characteristics,and development strategies.Such as the concept of China's higher sports college was positied late and highlighted political,and the concept of the United States higher sports college was positied earlier thean Chian and prominent the humanistic spirit.The beginning of sports professional education curriculum between China and the United States owns same phase or similar points.Although the update speed and the leves of qualificationgs of China's Higher Institutes of Physical Education were lower than the United States on the whole.However,the target of two countries changed from the training of physical education teachers in initial to the development of multi-increasing specialization.The institutes of higher sports both in China and the United States have always been faced with the communityrecognized and accepted,so as to realize their own social benefits.China's Higher Institutes of Physical Education and training objectives relative to a single "professionals" training mode mainly,and the United States institutions of higher professional sports ahead of the target set,and professional "generalist" training model based.In recent years,the two institutions of higher sports shift from a seller's market has been a buyer's market,which are maintaining their own survival mode,operating characteristics and advantages of sponsoring the effort.The major setting of China's institutions of higher sports was limited to the scope of the sports,and the major setting of the United States institutions of higher sports expanded from sports to the scope of a comprehensive.The edtcation of the higher sprots institutions of the both countries was composed by technology classes composition and theory classes,the Chinese emphasis on teaching technology,and the United States focus on theoretical teaching.The institutes of higher sports both in China and the United States have higher management autonomy,but sports institutions was under the management of the State General Administration of Sport or under the direct management of local Admimistration of sport in China,which leads to the right to manage their autonomy is limited,however,Sports institutions of the United States adopted the implementation of the management level to be decentralized and schools overall management of democracy and efficiency of the schools aimed at achieving sustainable development.The development strategy of " educate "between China and the United States sports college is the requirement of sports and related professional education and the reality of the result of future.China's Higher Sports institutions only to the development of education,highlight the "Sports" academic characteristics,strengthen the characteristics discipline, achieving the set ahead of professional development and cultivatiing the world's leading sports experts,in order to enhance its viability and survival level,and get the ranks of world-class sports university.
