The Research On The Pattern Of Seven Professional Sports Academies Of Physical Education Class Grades Volleyball Referee In Our Country

Along with the increasing of all kinds of competitions and the expansion of the size,as well as the constant revising and improvement of volleyball rules and the referee law,the society has set a higher request for sportsmen of high quality great ability and adapting to the volleyball referee,sports academies should make full use of the existing resources and advantages and enhance the comprehensive ability of students referee to make a solid foundation for the promotion of referee judgment of a higher level and the good performance on the field.The study object is the referee training model of volleyball special class physical education department in seven China's sports academies,using literature,survey, logic method and so on,to analyze comparatively sports academies volleyball referee training objectives,magistrates teaching mode, after-school training model,assessment models and so on.The results show that because of the differences of institution running conditions and self-development characteristics,some institutions volleyball teaching focused on aspects of the technical and tactical teaching and training,but seldom on the training of volleyball judging skills,and are not comprehensive in-depth in volleyball magistrate rules and laws teaching,lack of comprehensive training of student referees.Some individual institutions can not effectively integrate the theory of volleyball referee with practice of teaching and ignore the practice of on-the-spot.Students referee is seldom involved in judging work after school;as a result the capacity on-the-spot enforcement can not be effectively improved and trained.The level of assessment pays more attention to theories.On-the-spot assessment of practice is not much and random,and the content and the standard of assessment need to get further improvement.In view of the above analysis,combining the development characteristics of sports institutions and the realities, the paper repositions all aspects of training model of volleyball students' referee in volleyball colleges,on the basis of which building a high effective and objective volleyball referee training model.Through this research to get further improvement in the level volleyball referee training assessment of China's sports academies and so on,to provide a favorable reference for the volleyball coaches training of sports institutions.
