| Changsha,zhuzhou and xiangtan are the center of economic development in Hunan province. They are the mainly focused area of the college and universities in Hunan. With the higher education's reform and development, colleges level and requirement are increasing, as a result the PE( physical education) teachers in colleges face to the intellectual and structural shortage.How to improve the teaching group's general level ? The FS(further study ) undoubtedly is the most important and effective way. In order to carry out the PE techers' FS more effectively, and promote the development of the FS , the auther uses many ways such as questionnaire, experts interview, mathematics statistics, references etc. He has a system research about the actuality of PE teachers' FS which includes: investigation and analyse about the actuality of PE teacher group in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan's colleges; PE teacher's cognition about FS; Peteacher's purpose and requirement about taking part in FS. The paper rereals the main problem that exists in PE teacher's FS in hunan colleges. It puts forward some corresponding countermeasures too.The paper has some conclusion including : the teacher group's age structure, academic structure and title structure are all not always reasonable; PE teaacher's task is particularly important and urgent; The policy advocacy and enforcement efforts about FS are not enough; PE teacher's attitude mostly are correct, but they always are troubled by working and studying; Taking part in FS is aimed mainly for promotion title, improving reach capacity, improving the knowledge structure, improving teaching ability and the needs of competition. Most PE teachers hope to take part in a training for one or two years in order to learn new knowledge, new information and to meet the requirement of PE reform in college. Teacher's degree of satisfacion about the content and quality of those FS which they have taken part in is not high. The model of FS has yet to improve and develop. |
