The teacher authoritative problem is an important issue in education research.Appropriate authority is a necessary precondition for teachers to carry out teaching and learning activities,it also provides the possibility for the teachers and students' mutual development.New curriculum reform presented the omni directional challenge to the teacher,teacher's role also changed with it,the teacher authority's change was brought subsequently by this change.How to correctly treat the secondary school teacher authority's change under the new curriculum reform environment is an urgent problem for our country's fundamental education.Based on the related researches from domestic or abroad, through investigations,the secondary school teacher authority's current situation and change were elaborated,and the reason of the change was analyzed,subsequently,the strategies were applied in this thesis.There are four parts in this paper:The first part:Introduction.The research background,the research situation were introduced,the teacher authority's meaning,the research route and method were elaborated.The second part:Through investigations,we found the secondary school teacher authority was changing from external dependence to internal generation.Such as it change from compulsory to instructive, from cavity preaches to personal charming authority.It was presented by a more reasonable form to adjust new curriculum reform.The third part:The reason of the change was analyzed,and through the current situations a further analysis was made.The forth part:Some strategies were offered in this thesis.The teacher authority should be changed from external dependence to internal generation aimed at the tendency.On the one hand,teachers need improve themselves,shape their inherent authority,especially its personal charming authority.On the other hand,the external support needs to be given by the school and society.
