| Learning Motivation is the important concepts of Educational Psychology, is also a key concept in the Vocational Education research. Learning motivation is an internal dynamic or forces which can directly promote people to study, is a key component of human behavior motivation system. It shows the intention of learning, desire, interest and other forms, drives people's learning. Generally speaking, the more clear and strong motivation to learn, the higher enthusiasm of the students' learning, the better effect of learning. Conversely, while learning motivation is not strong or impure motives, the enthusiasm on the learning is low, the effect of the study is poor.In recent years, due to the university expansion and the the quickened tempo of high school education, triggered the compatibilizer of ordinary high schools and the rise of private high schools. At the same time, secondary vocational schools (grades) education was in trouble, the situation of students and the quality of students were in bad condition. The students in secondary vocational schools with poor cultural basis,they are lack of proper learning purpose , motivation and interest is lack, learning mentality tendencies did not form a good learning habits, thus affected the normal study. In this paper, firstly, by summing up the relevant experience and theoretical study to the motivation of learn at home and abroad, pointed out the necessity and urgency of researching learning motivation that in the secondary vocational schools. Secondly, from the special psychological characteristics of the students, with the design of survey questionnaires and the relevant theory of educational psychology, proposed the teaching methods which can stimulate the learning motivation of students. Then analysised the reasons for the problems of learning motivation in vocational schools students, targeted specific measures of the training and stimulate to learning motivation, and made to the ways which through the external driving force for teachers to arouse the internal driving force for the students, eventually cultivate the habit of self-study methods. Finally, reflected how to enhance the level of learning motivation in vocational schools students for the future probe. |
