| Firstly,in order to understand the current situation and trend of the incentive evaluation of secondary vocational school students’ learning motivation,this paper collects and combs the policies and literature on the incentive evaluation through the Internet.the policies of state has issued a series of reform programs on education evaluation,focusing on promoting the modern evaluation model;In practice,the main problems of student evaluation in secondary vocational colleges are single evaluation,too one-sided evaluation content and outdated evaluation process.Through consulting the materials on vocational education evaluation,this paper summarizes many valuable ideas and practices,such as paying attention to the evaluation of students’ own advantages,carrying out differentiated evaluation and Real-time evaluation mechanism of online game,etc,which will provide ideas for follow-up research.Based on the investigations of the secondary vocational school(H),the key information in the views and opinions of teachers and students on the student evaluation system implemented by their school is dug out.The specific problems of student evaluation at present are the lack of students’ participation in the construction of the evaluation system,the neglect of student emotional experience in the evaluation process and so on.Enhancing students’ emotional experience,constructing diversified evaluation standards,concerning students’ interests and specialties,emphasizing material incentives,optimizing feedback mechanism of evaluation and the other ideas can be used as breakthrough point in the construction of incentive evaluation strategies in this study.Based on the core question of "How to use motivational evaluation to improve learning motivation of secondary vocational students?" and the analysis results of the previous questionnaire and interview survey,and with the theoretical support of constructivism and other theories,looking for successful case of the implementation of evaluation to improve learning motivation in secondary vocational schools,and finally focuses on the evaluation subject,standards,processes and guarantees,and puts forward evaluation strategies.The first is to improve students’ subjective status,guide students to participate in the construction of the evaluation system,and strengthen their sense of belonging and gain;Creating a student mutual evaluation model and fully mobilizing the subjective initiative of learning.Secondly,we follow the law of differential development,create a summative evaluation mechanism with varying standards based on the course type and the level of students’ ability,assist students to locate accurately the location,and choose the appropriate assessment program to "assessment by material".Thirdly,the school strengthens the continuity of the evaluation process and builds a consistent evaluation model of special indicators,this method focuses on students’ interests and advantages to improve their sense of self-efficacy and self-confidence,thereby stimulating learning motivation;Based on the principle of timeliness and effectiveness of feedback,it realizes dynamic evaluation,optimizes the feedback methods,fully learns from the online game evaluation mechanism,and integrates multiple incentive elements into the actual evaluation process.Fourthly,guarantee conditions for incentive evaluation should be created,and basic support for the efficient implementation of incentive evaluation measures should be provide with the help of information technology enabling incentive evaluation;The teachers Pay attention to material rewards,make use of the point system rationally,and promote students to inspire direct learning motivation;The establishment of the Evaluation and Development Working Committee will create organizational guarantee for students’ opinions and suggestions on the evaluation system,which is also more conducive to the development. |
