The study of the Psychological Contracts theory can be traced back to 1960's. This concept is used to emphasize the employees and organization of the mutual relations, in addition to formal written provisions of the lease, there are still hidden, informal, no public explanation of mutual expectations and demands, which is also an important factor.Herriot and Pemberton (1995) pointed out that the psychological contract is between the employees and their mutual awareness and understanding of responsibility. Li Yuan (2003) pointed out that employee psychological contract refers to the mutual obligation perceived by employees among the reciprocal relationships of employees and organization. Psychological contract is a dominant factor in determining the attitude and obligation of employees towards organization although most of the content of psychological contract is ambiguous and implicit. Psychological contract, therefore, is one of the important research topics in the fields of human resource management and organizational behavior.The research is based on middle school teachers as a study object. Then, researcher analyzed the content, structure, classification and the relationship between psychological contracts violation and job burnout, in order to provide theory guidance for the reform of middle school teachers management system.This study drew the following conclusions:1. The results of EFA shown that teacher obligation and school obligation of the psychological contract of middle school teachers can be separated into two dimensions: realistic obligation (RO) and developmental obligation(DO).2. Middle school teachers Psychological Contract: RO of school contract involve 6 items: a harmonious and friendly relationship between the school and teachers; mutual trust and mutual help between colleagues; providing a friendly and harmonious working environment; providing learning and training opportunities; providing good benefits; compared to other schools, providing a more fair and reasonable treatment. DO of school contract involve 5 items: providing a stable job security; providing working autonomy; providing resources adequate working environment; ensuring proper rest time; listen to adopt the views and suggestions of teachers .RO of teacher contract involve 5 items: being a teacher, and complying with professional ethics; having class and counseling students on time; keeping good relations of cooperation with colleagues; improving education quality; working overtime to complete its work if need. DO of teacher contract involve 4 items: consciously doing additional work no matter whether compensation; making personal sacrifice benefit for the for the benefit of school; preparing to accept changes in work; Promoting and safeguarding the image of schools.3. Middle school teachers psychological contract can be divided into four types: high school obligation and high teacher obligation, high teacher obligation and low school obligation, low teacher obligation and high school obligation, low teacher obligation and low school obligation. F test revealed the prominent difference on teacher obligation, school obligation and job burnout among the four classifications.4. Teachers with different sex, teaching experience and teaching grade have a different awareness of the fulfilling degree of school obligation. The feeling of job burnout is related to the awareness the fulfilling degree of school obligation. The higher the fulfilling degree of school obligation, the lower the job burnout.
