Researches On General Assessment For Development Stages Of Field Of Province Of Urban System

In the 21st century human society is entering a new era of urban civilization and urbanization develops rapidly, and urban system network constitute when towns have organic links with each other in the process. Along with the rapid development of urbanization, urbanization and urban system development will be facing many new contradictions and problems, it constraints urban structure' soptimized, and affect the economic and social progress and sustainable development. The party and the country has also put plans for urban system on a very important position, emphasis on the planning of urban system, and take a comprehensive development as a new topic for the research of urban system. Then, set up an urban system development stage indicator system for timely on the local urban system status measure is a priority.This article starts from the domestic and foreign urban system development process, drawing on existing research and experience, based on the concept of urban system and features, combined with their predecessors of the urban system, urban system planning of the various different perspectives and methods of research, application frequency method combined with the theoretical analysis of the choice of indicators approach, attempting to scale from the urban system as a whole, economic development, industrial development, infrastructure, spatial planning of urban and rural structure and the contents of six to start, build the urban system development stage indicator system. The index system includings 29 indicators, in-depth analysis of the actual development stage of urban system, in line with local conditions to determine the future direction of a reasonable evolution. The article selects eastern, central and western provinces as 14 samples of 37 primary indicators, using principal component analysis after the primary indicators of the various specific indicators to determine the weight, and then set up comprehensive evaluation model, using expert evaluation method of urban system development phase to determine standards division. Finally, use the comprehensive evaluation model to make general assessment for the development stages of urban system of 14 sample provinces.
