Along with the rapid development of higher vocational education, improving the quality becomes the primary target.some scholars and teachers begun to present such education model with unique characteristics ofvocational education which based on their school's situation.But for a long time, the higher vocational education has all along adopted the common higher education and secondary vocational education's style which based on knowlege.the two styles has history contribution,but they concentrated on science and working made them ignored human personality developing and overall development which relected the tool-concept and revealed many shortcomings.until the early 1990s,capacity-based teaching model were brought in.For the need of our country's social, politic,economic,cultural, scientific and technological development,the higher vocational education shoud comply with the international developing trend and set up personality-based education style that from reform and creation.The basic idea of higher vocational education personality-basedteaching should be : from split to perfect personality; from employmentto creative; from skills training to human resource development;fromsubject education to science and humanities integrate structure;fromaccepting to initiative learning style. Reasonable use of personality-based education style need keeping-on exploring,the main strategies are: establishing the personality -based education concept,intergrate the elements of "personality market" and make them play "field effect", build up personality-based curriculum system and optimize the personality-based education structure.
