Entering the 21st century, with the science and technology's swift and violentdevelopment, the international competition is intense day by day. The tendency ofeconomical globalization is obvious day by day. Facing the complex world, the highervocational education not only takes the education important constituent, but also itbecomes the important foundation of the society development, meanwhile it is theimportant way to promote the employment and help the economical development,enhancing the country's competitive ability .The higher professional colleges anduniversities will tale "The technical talented person" as the target, and take "abilitystandard" as core pattern. This model will be not only one kind of rational thought,also will be the higher vocational education echoing modern economic life.The "ability standard" is the essential requests of the society to the highervocational education. Its core is how it causes the learners engaged in the virtualability. In the "ability standard", "the ability" refers to one kind of comprehensiveprofessional ability. The proposing "ability standard" is the reconsidering and therebel of higher vocational education to "the knowledge standard" of ordinary highereducation. The key to higher vocational sustainable development is the unceasinginnovation and the consummation of educational model. Compared with thetraditional educational model, the educational model "ability standard" has theobvious superiority.In recent years, under the instruction of "ability standard", the curriculumeducational model and appraisal theory research have a bigger progress, but we stillhave insufficient research, even also have some one-sided, and wrong understandings.Meanwhile, we have limited experience about the "ability standard" educationalmodel. This article draws up from the theory and practice to comprehensively andsystematically analyze the implication, the characteristic, the historical developmentand the "ability standard" pattern which be taken as the core inevitably. Aiming athigher vocational education questions, we propose "the integrated teaching module"based on primary curriculum system "the application" carring on the deep analysisand exploration. The "integrated teaching module" has the innovation both in thetheory and practice. It uses the flexibility and the applicational teaching module,unifying the theoretical teaching and the skill training with skill training dominant.Lets the practice be the core throughout the entire teaching process, which enhancesteaching quality and efficiency.This pattern raises our country's high talented skill level, and has provided onekind of very good form. Simultaneously we hope it can give some enlightenments andinspirations as for the higher vocational education's raising talented person'squestions.
