With the development of multimedium and network communication technology, the web-based courses mushroomed.Howerver, at present, web-based courses mainly focus the presentation of teaching content, while it pays no much attention on teaching techniques and learning environment. It also exists the problems such as the single expression form of its content, insufficient autonomous learning resources, weak guided system and short of teaching appraise and feedback.Therefore, many researchers increasingly attach importance of research in web-based education such as web-based courses' design ,exploitation and application, etc.This research attempts to construct the new model of web-based courses' script design and manufacture for junior middle school's chemistry under the new course concept,, and explores the teaching application effect of this kind of web-based courses on the basis of actually developed web-based courses. The purpose is to improve the father development of junior middle school's web-based courses and the tansition of teaching method, and push forward the basic educational reform's deeper developmentAt first, the researcher has participated in the research group consisted of educational experts, front-line teachers and webmasters. We constructed independently the teaching designing thoughts and made clear of the relationship between the orientation of junior middle school's web-based courses and the classroom teaching.Then, we designed completely and produced meticulously for the web-based courses. The design contains system design and teaching design. During the design process, we paid much attention to the connection between the infiltation of new courses'concept and the teaching practice and poped out the teaching and application value of this kind of courses. And we mainly adopted the "Intelligent Web-based Courses Development System" developed by Professor Zhang Qinlin of Southwestern University for the primary design ,while the complex technology was finished by the webmaster of our group.Finally, we applied the newly developed junior middle school's chemistry web-based course into the actually teaching environment and checked the teaching effect. We selected 124 students of one certain junior middle school in Shenzhen as our experiment's object to study ,and used the developed junior middle school's chemistry web-based courses, studying subjectivity's questionnaire and learning effects test paper as materials. After 16 weeks' teaching experiment, our result was that automatic designed junior middle school's chemistry web-based courses could not only significantly improve students'studying subjectivity ,but also could raise their test scores completely.Therefore,as long as the quality of junior middle school's chemistry web-based courses is improved, we can give prominance to the modern education,improve the enthusiasm and initiative of students during their learning process ,realize the tansition of learning method and satisfy the need of individualized learning and life-long learning.
