In the subjects on worldwide education development, the development of teachers' professionalization is paid attention. What is the teachers' psychological state while they are facing social transformation and the education reform? Why are many teachers lost in the life of education? What kind of crisis has teachers' self-identity encountered? And how will it be reconstructed? Analysis of these issues will advance the development of teachers' professionalization thoroughly. This article focuses on the occupation survival condition of teachers who are in a realistic society and in the historical culture terms. It also pays attention to the middle school teachers' real psychological world. And it studies the phenomenon of self-lost which lies behind the teachers' pressure in the social reforming time. Theoretically it changes some unrealistic roles of ideas which are expected of teachers in the traditional concepts. It is in an attempt to come up with practical ideas on exploring the reasonable construction of the teaching professional image and the teacher occupation's road of specialized development.In addition to the introduction and conclusion, this article is divided into four parts:In the first chapter, the author mainly analyzes the statements of teachers' self and self-identity. It analyzes the constitution of teachers' self-awareness, the significance of teachers' self-identity as well as the production of teachers' self-identity crisis.In the second chapter, the author mainly analysis of present situation for teachers' self-identity. By asking "who I am", "where I am" and "where I want to go", the questions of philosophy, it presents teachers' self-localization, space of teachers' self-development as well as teachers' self-condition of career.In the third chapter, the author analysis of the reasons for the loss of self. It attempts to further analyze the education significance which is behind the fact contains. It also reveals the factors of teachers' self-lost. The particularly important reasons could be that the teachers' self-localization is unclear, the space of development is limited and the lack of anticipation flaw of the career development.In the fourth chapter, the author gives a brief strategic thinking of teachers' self-identity.
