| Since 1980's, the development of market made the labor as a form of economic element move from rural region to urban region, which became a stage for different national and culture. The urban adaptation of Hui, Salar and Uygur has became the focus of many researchers.This research aimed the urban adaptation of Hui, Salar, Uygur, based on the data collected in the form of depth interviews from the minority people working in restaurant industry from the perspective of sociology and ethnology.The research revealed that the minority had experienced the reality of rural life, and had a wrong imagination of the urban life before moving into the city. In the dimension of circumstance, they can accept the language and residence; in the dimension of economics, they had a low earning, consumer concept gradually become rational; in the dimension of psychology, they perceived the discrimination; social network was constructed to cope with these problems.In the end, the difference of social network of Hui, Salar, Uygur were concluded. The intensity of social network of these three majorities was nearly equal. The size and density of Hui, Salar, were senior to Uygur,. The research also revealed that, the social network weakened the culture shock of Hui, Salar, Uygur. |
