Study On The Urban Adaptation Of Minority Floating Populations In The Eastern Coastal Area

With the reform and opening, the population in our country are floating frequently through various regions and ethnic groups, what is more the minority population has been flowing to the East cities in an extensive way.They brought new development chance to the city, but also puts forward new requirements for City Ethnic work. To study the floating population of ethnic minorities in Eastern coast area's life situation in deepen way, probing countermeasures and suggestions for promoting urban adaptation of Minority Floating Population, making people of all ethnic groups share the socialism's developing friuts, is the necessary requirement of implement the party's ethnic policy as well as innovation social service management approach, coordination ethnic relations, even constructing the harmonious society. This paper take the floating population of Hui ethnic's adaptation in Yantai as an example, combined with the population dynamic monitoring reports, census data and field survey data which were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, with the study of floating population's adaptation to offer advice and suggestions.This paper is divided into the introduction, the main body and the conclusion part. The introduction part introduces the research purpose and research significance, research review, research design, lay the foundation for the study of this paper; The first chapter introduces the current situation of the urban life of minority floating population, through the literature data, research data, the objective analysis of the status of the living situation of the Minority Floating Population; the second chapter is the research on the current situation of the urban adaptation of the floating population of the Hui nationality in Yantai City, and the four dimensions of economic adaptation, cultural adaptation, behavior adjustment and identity identification are described respectively. The dimensions of the urban adaptation of the floating population of the Hui ethic in Yantai are described; the third chapter introduces the urban adaptation data analysis of the floating population in Yantai City, using case analysis and statistical analysis method, and carries on the qualitative and quantitative analysis to the research data, and obtains the relatively objective analysis result.; on the basis of the presentation and analysis of the full text, this paper draws the conclusion and provides suggestions for the urban adaptation of the minority floating population.Based on this research, the following conclusions are obtained: the urban adaptation of the floating population of the Hui nationality shows a clear general track, but it also has the characteristics of the ethnic groups. Economic integration in the first place, followed by cultural integration, and finally for behavioral adaptation and identity. Economic factors are the major factors that affect the urban adaptation; culture is rooted in the social relationship network, which is dominated by the difference sequence; Educational and linguistic factors are the two main obstacles to urban adaptation.By means of adaptation to urban situation of ethnic floating population, actively mobilize the power to make minority floating population into come, stay, development is an important part of the city's ethnic work.
