It is of great significance to evaluate teachers' teaching scientifically that for the teachers and the institutions to maintain and improve the teaching quality.It is required to integrate various of approaches to assess the teaching effectively,and "assessing teaching by students" is one of the important ways which reflected the management's respect to the rights of students and played an active part in stimulating the communication between teachers and students and the development of both teachers and students.This thesis is to reduce the problems in assessing teaching into 5 aspects by researching the literature,investigating and consult ting,the 5 aspects are:the tendency of "tools" of the direct ideology and motivation of assessing teaching;the juvenility of the students as the main part of assessing teaching;the ignorance situation of the teachers in assessing teaching;the ignorance of the questionnaire of assessing teaching and the lack of science in assessing teaching.Due to those problems it is hard for assessing teaching quality to play an active part in stimulating the communication between teachers and students and the development of both teachers and students,and what's more it blocks the improvement of the teaching quality.In allusion to those five aspects,this thesis discusses wholly and advances some relevant countermeasures on how to improve the status of both the teachers and students in evaluating teaching,to set up the regulations,to confirm the various measures of assessing teaching,to design the questionnaires of assessing teaching and the evaluation and purpose of the results.And this thesis advances that it is necessary to set up the students' assessing teaching which is expansibility,to take the improving of teachers as the main guiding ideology to make the evaluating teaching as the roll booster for Standardizing administration and teachers' development when organizing the students' assessing teaching.
