As was the injured part of Japanese militarism's logic that if you desire to conquest a nation completely you must put his culture to ash first of all , Chinese culture suffered greatly during the War of Resistance Against Japan .On this critical political situation, a series of measures on education were taken by the Kuomintang government to preserve our Chinese culture ,which was followed by local state organs all over Hubei Province. As was the result ,not only was our Chinese culture on all levels which has a distance source and a long stream well preserved but also well developed.The preservation on and the development in Chinese culture in Hubei Province were smart conductions in China on that occasions. Although it occcurs against the government's will because parts of Hubei Province's aera were ocuppied by Japan, still it can be defined as a great successful migration, transformation, ,input and development.The first part of the text most concerns about the education history since Qing Dynasty and the weakness in current education as well as their difference. The necessity for reformation in education call for the purpose and principle. of the education project of Hubei Province.The second part described that with the expansion of the war most of schools had to immigrate westward and with more and more schools getting together the united school was coming into its form.. The allied schoool would make the education program easy.The conduction of the education project and its material prerequisites were focused on in the third paragyaph.. Reforming the allied school and enforcing its discipline were the essential preresquisite of the education programme. Although the education project had a firm reserve supply and systematical institution,public system often encouter its embarrassments. Regulation on balance of input and output on students was an excellent example set by the government of Hubei Province. All descriptions will be full and accurate in the text.The reason why the education programme was called "The Planed Education" lay in its five-year-plan,which looked achead its long-term prospect.. At the same time ,all the achievements acquired during the Anti-Japanese War were revealed and the future was outlooked. anticipated.When the serious external crisis overwhelming to us ,two views were coming into their shapes. One held that the education form leaving schools aside should be the mainstream.,while the other adhered to the former modus with proper adjustments on education contents and patterns. After some heated debates, the Kuomintang government adopted the latter's and made its mind to adapted to the enviroments with its best efforts which led to some apparent achievements instead of declining. The Planed Education in Hubei Province confirmed its correctness vividly.
