The Research Of Whole Staff Moral Education Realization Mechanism In University

As the advance of economic globalization,countries around the world blending of cultures co-exist,moral education not only faces with the choice of values,but also faces with the impact of multiculturalism.Moral education in university welcomes the opportunity,but also challenging.How to adapt to new changes,and how to enhance the effectiveness of moral education,moral education in university are facing an important and urgent issue.Therefore,the study of realization mechanism of whole staff in university,and the formation of the situation of whole staff moral education,have far-reaching practical significance for university to further promote the construction of moral theory and practice.In this paper,I start with the purpose value of whole staff moral education, discuss the necessity to construct the realization mechanism of whole staff moral education in university,and how to construct the realization mechanism.The full text is divided into four parts.In the first part,I discuss the purpose value of whole staff moral education,and explore that whole staff moral education is the goal and its implementation depends on the establishment of a reasonable and efficiency realization mechanism of whole staff.The second part carries out a detailed analysis about the structure and function of the realization mechanism of whole staff in university.The third part discusses the establishment of the realization mechanism of whole staff moral education university,on the base of which the major content includes the dynamic mechanism,regulation mechanism and guarantee mechanism.The last part discusses how to insure the substantial results of the realization mechanism of whole staff moral education.
