Research On The Outsourcing Mechanism Of The Residential Management And Service Of The A University Staff

A university located in haidian district,Beijing,is a national key university directly under the ministry of education of China and a public institution funded by the ministry of finance.While developing education and scientific research,the school also provides teachers and students with daily quality services.Among them,the quality of teaching staff housing management service will directly affect the life and work of teaching staff.And at present,the problems existing in the college faculty housing management services,housing management services from quality and efficiency are unable to meet the needs of residents,housing agency heavy stress,task,need to explore new model to solve the problem of facePublic service outsourcing in government departments can improve the efficiency and quality of management services,save management costs and meet the needs of the public.In our country,public institutions and government departments have very similarities,in this paper,with reference to the government public service outsourcing process,selection of A university as an example,the study of higher education institution staff housing management services outsourcing mechanism.Methods using the case analysis method,observation method,from the participation main body role,the choice of contractors,supervision and evaluation,public service outsourcing buyers risk from four aspects to make a study of university housing management service outsourcing promotes efficiency and logistics service ability,at the same time to provide experience for other colleges and universities,to achieve the purpose of provides the high-quality service for the staff.
