End of the 20th century,China strated a new round of education reform project in order to implement the quality education.The Ministry of Education promulgated the "Basic Education Curriculum Reform (Trial)" in 2001,which started the prelude of the curriculum reform.Especially the implementation of the "Full-time music education curriculum standards (experimental version)", made the music education in ordinary schools in China into a new stage.In this paper,"curriculum organization" theory is being used to discuss and analysis the China's "Full-time music education curriculum standards" at all levels of school music curriculum,in order to better understanded the "Full-time music education curriculum standards", also in order to promote the development of the music curriculum theory .The article contains introduction,body and conclusion.Introduction:proposed the main question,and find the significance and status of the question, also the research methods and the key issues to be studied.Body:divided into four chapters,the first chapter is to explain the curriculum and the "curriculum organization" theory, chapter II, III and IV are use "curriculum organization" theory to discuss and analysis the issues related and material of the "Full-time music education curriculum standards".Conclusion:through the analysis and research to the main question above, reflection the basic curriculum theory of the "Full-time music education curriculum standards" which is being used,and try to adds some theoretical of music organization into the basis of the original theoretica.
