Under the impetus of the reality of curriculum system construction and the dual factors of social development,our country has completed full-time training for master of education in the field of primary education.In the field of primary education,the training period of master of education is short and the training task is heavy.How to properly arrange each training link the short term becomes a serious problem.Curriculum setting plays a role as a bridge and medium in the training of master of education.This research intends to study the training of full-time postgraduate education from the perspective of scientific curriculum in primary education.In the research method,based on the Taylor principle as the theoretical basis,the integrated use of literature research,text analysis,questionnaire survey,interviews,case studies and other research methods,applicable to the construction of full-time education masters dimensions of curriculum,and each dimension analysis have four to six observation points.In this study,the comparative analysis of the training program—full-time education master research national 211,985,local normal college and full-time education master degree postgraduate guidance training program,and then through the "full-time education graduate course setting questionnaire(in volume)","Shanghai City full-time education postgraduate curriculum questionnaire(graduates volume)" and "Shanghai city survey of full-time education graduate curriculum questionnaire(employer responsible volume)",The full-time education postgraduates in Shanghai as the research object of the case study,to find the full-time education graduate curriculum present situation and the problems.And combining with foreign excellent experiences and career development needs of graduates and the social needs of employers,we put forward more scientific and reasonable suggestions for the problems of full-time Master of education curriculum.The research contents and methods based on the study for graduate of our full-time education curriculum in the curriculum structure,curriculum content,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation and other aspects of the problem,we put forward in the curriculum structure: reduce the required course proportion,provide high self-selection for students;build course " level + module" structure;build course link theory and practice integration mode construction.In adjusting the contents of curriculum,we put forward the following aspects: implementing educational practice courses,strengthening links between theoretical courses and practical courses,integrating curriculum contents,emphasizing personal knowledge construction and improving curriculum applicability.In exploring the implementation method of full-time Master of education,we should actively promote the construction of teaching staff,implement "Double Tutorial System",and explore diversified teaching methods and learning methods.In the construction of the evaluation standard of full-time education Master graduate courses,it is put forward to enrich the form of evaluation and establish a multi evaluation system.
