In the double promotion of the internal logic development of higher education and external factors of social needs, China began to implement of the full-time culture in most of the Professional Degree. As a subdiscipline of professional degree, the time of Master of Education’s development is just ten years. Full-time Master of Education Degree was able to enter into the public view truly, since the Ministry of Education started the enrollment of full-time education to master degree in2009.Therefore, the topics on Full-time Master of Education Degree has the theoretical value and practical significance. However, there are little researches in this area at present, and a certain amount of vacancies are both exist in theory and practice. As a core area in personnel training, curriculum plays a vital role in the quality of personnel training, so the paper is going to explore the problem in Full-time Master of Education Degree from this perspective.Using Taylor Principle as the framework, which are the ensure of educational goals, the choice of educational experience, the organization of the educational experience and evaluation of educational effect. Combined with the development status of society and the characteristics of higher education currently, the paper build a theoretical basis for full-time master of education degree in curriculum offering.Secondly, revealing the characteristics and problems in three parts of training objectives, curriculum content and curriculum structure through a analysis of text in Full-time master of education in curriculum offering, which are the vocational and practical oriented of training objectives, the applied bias of curriculum, reasonable curriculum structure, but part of repeated and improper convergence.Thirdly, using Central China Normal University as a case and the form of a questionnaire survey, the paper revealed the status and problems of curriculum offering in Full-time Master of Education Degree Graduate at present. The curriculum offering is not quite reasonable, including the outdated curriculum content, monotonous teaching methods, the lack of elective curriculums, little time and monotonous form in practice teaching.At last, the paper puts forward some improved suggestions for Full-time Master of Education in our country on the basis of former study, the synthesis of problems and situation in curriculum offering in full-time master of education and the experience of America curriculum offering of Mater of Education.First, enhance operability of target and emphasis vocational and practice; Second, reduce the common foreign language courses and enhance professional foreign language learning; Third, reduce the common political courses and emphasis the education of teachers’ professional ethics; Fourth, update the content of curriculum and improve teaching methods; Fifth, adjust the structure of curriculum and broaden the scope of elective autonomy; Sixth, improve the practical of curriculums and emphasis the teaching practice.
