Job satisfaction is a kind of emotion experience and attitude about whether the teachers is satisfied with every aspect of their jobs, according to their own job criterion. It is of great importance and long-term interests to pay close attention to teacher's job satisfaction in order to stabilize teachers, arouse their work enthusiasm, ensure their body and mental health as well as improving school management and sustainable development.There is a questionnaire of primary school teachers' job satisfaction in this thesis, which is on the basis of probing into books about people's job satisfaction from home and abroad as well as teachers' job satisfaction. Teachers from five primary school answered the questionnaire. By the way of Descriptive Statistics Analysis, Correlation Analysis and one way ANOVA, this thesis makes a though inquire into the current situation and factors which have effect on job satisfaction of teachers from primary school.From the study, the researcher can draw the following conclusions:1.There are eight main influencing factors in primary school teachers' job satisfaction: job itself, job reward, job load, job environment, leadership and administration, teacher's vocational studies and promotion, interpersonal relationships, students' moral characters. 2.Generally speaking, primary school teachers are satisfied with their jobs. The most popular factor is interpersonal relationships, followed by job environment, job itself, leadership and administration, job load, teacher's vocational studies and promotion, job reward and students' moral characters. According to Pearson correlations, teachers' favorite factor is job reward, followed by management, teacher's vocational studies and promotion, job itself, job load, job environment, interpersonal relationships and students' moral characters. 3.Teachers have different job satisfaction according to their different marriage situation, ages, education status, teaching ages, the reasons of being a teacher as well as their teaching subjects.In a word, this thesis has made some suggestions towards the leaders and teachers of primary schools. That is to say: Leaders should improve the payment system uninterruptedly, promote teachers equally, and take teachers' vocational studies as well as their future seriously. Whereas, teachers should budget their time well, regulate a good mindset, and prepare for the changes.
