This thesis summarizes the principles which should be followed in assessing junior middle school students'multi-quality in order to formulate junior middle school students'multi-quality assessment system in content, method and subject, according to relevant theory and successful experience at home and aboard, based on the connotations of overall quality appraisal for junior middle school students and analysis of the present situation of synthetic quality evaluation for junior middle school students.The thesis falls into five parts:The first part elaborates the connotations of junior middle school students'multi-quality evaluation, its evolution and significance. Of these, the evolution covers the period from the beginning of reform and open policy to the present development conditions, the significance elaboration in student, teacher, school and talent select.The second part analyses the existing problems and its reasons of junior middle school students'multi-quality evaluation. Test and assess not from complete set, be short of valid appraisal scheme and necessary teachers'cultivation and teachers'heavy afford which all lead to a series of problems.The third part introduces the theoretical and practical basis of the junior school students'overall quality appraisal. From the multi-dimensional intelligent appraisal theory, the theory of a person's full scale development, the theory of human-centered thinking and develop evaluation. Judging by the successful experience at home and aboard from the junior middle school students'overall quality appraisal. In order to make efforts in improving multi-quality assessment system of junior middle school students.The fourth part summarizes the principles which should be followed in assessing junior middle school students'multi-quality. Propose its system visualization in content, method and subject. System in which the content of moral knowledge, learning ability, communication and cooperation, sports and health, aesthetic and performance, the sense of innovation and practical ability to develop programs in six areas.The fifth part points out that the use of comprehensive quality evaluation of middle school students need to pay attention to some problems. Teacher training, integrity monitoring, incentive reviews, evaluation of multi-agent problems in the author made a number of recommendations, evaluation of test results with the software and hardware linked to the proportion of the distribution of grades and other issues we need to continue to explore ways to improve the study.
