Implementation of the quality of students is our basic education reform of educational assessment of the new development, it is to implement the objective of quality education and training for the purpose of education activities. Based on many practical researches about the evaluation system for comprehensive quality and sustainable development of Gaomi junior school students, this paper analyses the limits of the pro-selection traditional evaluation for students, and finds out the causes; then, discusses how to carry out the new effective evaluation system focusing on the students'all-round and sustainable development, which is directed by modern theory about education evaluation.This thesis consists of three parts which are introduction, main body and the conclusion. Introduction shows the Paper's background and the studies which concludes home and abroad.The main body of the thesis consists of five parts.The first chapter improves the quality evaluation of the development process.
