With the change of The Times,the development trend of student evaluation shows different characteristics of stages.From "selection first" to the current student-centered development,it shows the continuous improvement of student evaluation,which is a process of continuous exploration.After more than 20 years of development,comprehensive quality evaluation in quality-oriented education has shown a new trend of The Times,gradually getting rid of the original dilemma and moving towards a direction that pays more attention to students themselves.The comprehensive quality evaluation of students is the requirement of quality education.The purpose of carrying out the comprehensive quality evaluation is not to compare the quality of students to a high or low result,but to pay attention to the personality characteristics of students,pay attention to the process,appreciate the differences of students,and find out the advantages of students.Based on the survey of the current situation of the junior middle school stage of the comprehensive quality evaluation in the practice of the main problems,combined with the practical needs of junior middle school comprehensive quality evaluation,put forward the appreciation-oriented comprehensive quality evaluation concept.This research through to the junior middle school students comprehensive quality evaluation of the relevant literature,rich theoretical basis,combined with the current research found in junior high school in the implementation of the comprehensive quality evaluation of deviating from the appreciation of attribution analysis,on the basis of theoretical research and practical material analysis,clear to appreciate as the guidance of junior middle school students the necessity of comprehensive quality evaluation,appreciate the concept meet the real needs of the development of junior middle school students comprehensive quality.Appreciation-oriented comprehensive quality evaluation is an attempt to change the current situation of student evaluation.To effectively implement it in the junior high school stage,a relatively complete program is needed to guide junior high schools to carry out evaluation and put it into practice.To appreciate this studyorientation of junior middle school students overall quality appraisal is expounded,the theoretical basis of the evaluation system of education appreciation and criticism of education theory,developmental evaluation theory,the theory of multiple intelligences,and man's all-round development theory as the main theoretical basis,a clear appreciation of the value orientation of the overall quality appraisal,and clarify the evaluation concept,on this basis,build a to appreciate as the guidance of junior middle school students comprehensive quality evaluation system,system is mainly divided into two main content system and method system part,form a complete evaluation system,Evaluation content includes moral,physical and mental health,artistic quality,academic level,social practice and individualized development from six aspects,each aspect on the basis of the original content,highlight the guiding role of its appreciation,make content combined with students' development,real service to the students comprehensive training objectives and personal development;The method system is an operating system of appreciation-oriented comprehensive quality evaluation throughout the whole process.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of the evaluation system,a guarantee mechanism focusing on the improvement of evaluation quality,the in-depth participation of evaluation subjects in democratic consultation,the guarantee of evaluation operation,and the strengthening of evaluation integrity supervision should be established to create favorable conditions for the appreciation-oriented implementation of comprehensive quality evaluation.
