Drama is a comprehensive art form which includes literature, music, art, performance, dancing and so on. Creative drama can give directly and effectively influence to people's cognition, emotion, aesthetics,etc. Many western countries have already made the drama as a part of education in common schools for a long time, even in the form of policies or course plans to establish the position of the drama in the whole educational system. This is called the creative drama which is used in the school education. The creative drama tells students how to think rather than how to perform. It emphasizes leading students to give free rein to their imagination and imitation, make full use of their body, expression and spoken language to make extempore creations and performances .During the process of solving problems and group interactive, the students can achieve teaching goals, meanwhile, their ability also can be improved.Compared with western countries,the status and role of drama in education hasn't been extensive attention in our country. Especially in practice in kindergarten, art education has been clinging to the mode that music adds art is art curriculum in a long time. It has appeared the problems that too much attention attached to knowledge and skills, and procedural activities.However, the kindergarten education guidelines (for trial implementation) promulgated in kindergarten in 2001, art curriculum presents integrated, diversified development trend, and creative drama is according with this trend. Therefore it is the best time for creative drama to integrate with art curriculum in kindergarten. However, in the light of current view of exisiting research, creative drama education agaist young children is really seldom.This study adopted action research,selecting the second class in Middle Grade of A kindergarten. The study embedded in the real situational education practice to plan and implement activities, seeking the strategies and methods to integrate creative drama with music, art and comprehensive arts.Here is the structure of the thesis:The first part is Question Statement, mainly introducing the research background, the purpose and questions of study, and the significance of research.The second part is Literature Review. Do up and analyze the connotation, development, development trend and problems of our kindergarten art,and summarize the connotation,characteristics and types of creative drama,then analyze the development history,the value and application of creative drama education. The third part is Research Process and Research Methods, including the choice of methods and the process of application.The fourth part is Action Research, showing the process of implementing creative drama in kindergarten art curriculum.The last part is The Implementation Suggestion. The researcher found that in the organization and implementation of kindergarten arts curriculum, could through creative drama activities to stimulate children's interest to participate in arts activities, through creative drama shows to deepen children's feelings and understanding to arts, through integrating the creative drama into other arts activities to establish children's Synaesthesia, through creative drama activities to stimulate children's artistic imagination and creativity. Furthermore, need to optimize the creative drama activities to ensure the smooth development of the arts activities.
