At present, Country develops rural education vigirously,and the key issue is improving the quality of rural teachers. Teachers are the key to education reform, and the primary and secondary school teachers are the largest quantity with the most wide-ranging implications and the new pillars of the success of 21th century basic education high-quality implementation and the key points of curriculum reform's success.The quality of English teachers in Rural primary school affect the quality of teaching in primary schools of rural areas directly. Our country on the quality of rural teachers remain mostly theoretical research at the beginning of high school stage, the lack of primary school teachers in the specific circumstances of the analysis, research and reflection. The previous study of teachers is only communicated the ideal qualities of outstanding teachers to other teachers. Although there is a certain degree of universality in this process, it's easy to overlook the different geographical regions and in different circumstances the demand for teachers of the quality. Combine the quality of teachers in primary schools with the current implementation of the new curriculum in English to research which has more reality pointed , especially in rural areas to adapt the curriculum reform of our current basic education . Help to grasp the quality situation of English teachers in rural primary school for all levels of education departmentand itake active measures to improve rural quality of primary school English teachers, so as to solve difficult of the new English curriculum implementation, and keep improve rural primary school English curriculum implementation of the new results, improve the quality of English teaching and basic education for the overall level of our country and improve citizen's quality and make due contributions, but also to promote the new curriculum, to provide some reference suggestions.This study, based on H County of Heilongjiang Province, invested professional quality of 11 primary school English teachers, carried out a reasonable analysis of H County primary English teacher quality Status and emerging issues, try to analyze the reasons, in order to be able to put forward reasonable proposals to improve the area of rural primary school English teacher professional quality of our country . Hope to provide some help to promote the English development of education in rural primary schools .
