In recent years,with the implementation of a series of rural education policy and the improvement of rural teachers' welfare,the problem of rural teachers' professional happiness has been given a new era significance.In August 2015,in order to effectively implement the office of the State Council issued the "rural teachers support plan(2015-2020)",the city of Qingdao in the "Qingdao" 13 th Five-Year "education reform and development plan" is put forward for rural teachers to focus on supporting the project of rural teachers ".The national and Qingdao municipal government policy based support,this paper focuses on Teachers' occupation happiness sense of 219 rural issues,rural teachers in rural areas of Qingdao city in five conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews,and selected the L Town,Pingdu City,the 6 schools in the town of L was studied in this paper,on the basis of based on the actual situation of Qingdao city are discussed and countermeasures.The results show that the professional well-being of rural teachers in Qingdao is in the middle level.There are obvious relevance between the Qingdao rural teachers' occupation happiness and their sex,age,seniority,identity and other factors,and the title of the teachers and teachers enter the monthly income,channels and other factors not related.There are seven dimensions: professional identity,leadership management,income and welfare,social support,students' parents,colleagues,work environment.On the influencing factors of rural teachers' occupation happiness sense of Qingdao City,the author explores five rural teachers,occupation happiness are: love,parents occupation recognition,leadership colleagues,teacher benefits and flexible teaching environment.On the contrary,the main factors of the lack of happiness,such as self orientation bias,low self identity,and outstanding title.Finally,the author reviews the survey and influencing factors of rural teachers' occupation of Qingdao city based on the sense of happiness,from playing a leading role,decision-making and development of school government in enhancing the external dynamic mechanism of teachers' occupation identity,puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions in three aspects.
