With the arriving of knowledge-driven economy age, there is broad consensus of opinion in the world on the importance of education. The sport education of school, as a part of school education, should dedicate its own duty. It is well-known that the human being's comprehensively and harmoniously developing is unable to do without two aspects of body and mind. Being one of the essentials of education for all-round development, the sport school takes on a heavy burden of passing the knowledge and culture of P.E. Learning the operating knowledge sequentially in RE. class not only matches the developing style of students, but also cultivates their temperament. Therefore, the study on mind-set of participating in P.E. class and results of learning and training is of great theoretical and practical significance. I will take Zhangjiakou city as instance.After deeply investigated and analyzed the situation of girl-student participating and learning in P.E. class in the city of Zhangjiakou by documents, questioning, interviewing, mathematical statistic method, etc. We mean that it is an emotional einstellung on both the continuous expectation and experience of teaching materiel in P.E. class and effects.On the whole, our work reveals that the girl-students in senior high school have an impercipient opinion on the value of P.E., discursive and idle behavior is ubiquitous in P.E. class, these girl-students are lukewarm to P.E. class besides self-contempt and bashfulness, to some extent. Meanwhile the effects of learning and training kinetic skills and physical actions after school are both not optimistic at present in Zhangjiakou. According to the returned data from eight schools in Zhangjiakou (four in city and the others in rural area), the opinion on the value of P.E., effects of learning and training sport skill, action of participating in class and time consuming after school of girl-students in city schools are significantly better than those in rural schools, There exist significant regional differences.We mainly speculate and explore factors, which influence the girl-students' mind-set of participating in P.E. class and effects of learning and training, in respects of both the interior of school system and these girl-student themselves. In my opinion, the following are objective reasons that lead to undesirable girl-students' mind-set of participating in P.E. class and effects of learning and training: (1)dissimilation of students' learning interest in P.E.; (2) the distorted relationship between students and teachers; (3)exclusiveness of the theory of health protection and fitness; (4)focusing on the form instead of meanings in P.E. class; (5)the traditional class-style suppressing the participating enthusiasm of female students; (6)overstatement of security issue; (7) circumstances of teaching environment, climate situation and site-equipments; and (8) facilitation of material in P.E. class and rejecting competitive sports. The subjective ones are: (a)the physiological and psychical factors of girl-students in senior high school; (b)shortage of proper understanding to P.E. class; (c)severe female-conscious -ness.In order to improve the female students' mind-set of participating and effects of learning and training in P.E. class in Zhangjiakou city, we propose , based on the above analysis, that both the external circumstance and these girl-students make an effort, where the external circumstance is consist of perspicuity on the characteristic of P.E., transforming the guiding theory of teaching, the P.E. teachers enhancing professional skills and reinforcing self-cultivation, studying class-teaching in depth based upon the students' trait, cultivating the students' indirect interest to P.E. class, promoting their enthusiasm to participate in physical exercises with extracurricular work being the breaking point, attaching importance to sport education by upgrading the support from the school authorities, meanwhile the subjective endeavor of these girl-students include updating their ideas to establish correct academic motivation, enlightening their inborn freedom to go beyond themselves, strengthening their will to improve esthetic sentiment.
