| As "The Educational Technology Ability Standards for Primary and Secondary School Teachers (Advance Copy) "issued and educational technology ability construction plan for primary and secondary school teachers all over the country started-up, teachers' educational technology ability was obviously improved. But the effect of the training for the teachers of pre-service teachers is not ideal. One important reason is that no proper training model for the pre-service teachers who have limited instructional experience. In order to solve the problem, the author explores it from the training model through learning from project experience of in-service teacher training, hopes to apply experiential-based training model in the pre-service teachers' training. Because experience is the essential condition for the experiential-based training, so we suppose that the "experience "can be borrowed, though the design of "borrowed experience" to make up the limited experience of pre-service teacher. The study began with the survey which aims to learn about the educational technology ability of the students of two normal universities in Shanghai, and then designed the training model and carried out instructional experiment for three times with students' educational technology course majoring in education in teacher colleges. So the study applied design-research and went through 3 stages.Survey stageThe author knew about the educational technology ability of pre-service teachers home and abroad through document analysis, surveyed the educational technology ability of the students of two normal universities, and summed up the question in training for pre-service teachers. Then, the author summed up the advantage of existing experiential-based training for in-service teachers, and analyzed the possibility of applying it in the training for pre-service teacher.Design stageThe author designs the experiential-based training cycle, which included five step: paraphrase, demonstration, explore, practice and reflection. Through add instruction intervention design, learning support design and platform support design into every step to mix the "borrowed experience" into experiential-based circular training.Experiment stageThe author collected the data from the platform which is used to check the effect of the design. The experiment carried out for two times. The first data was used to modify the next design. Through analyzing data from two experiments, the author proposed suggestion for the redesign of experiential-base training cycle. Last, the hypothesis of "borrowed experience" is confirmed. |
