With the development of Educational Informationization and new curriculum reform, the teachers" educational technology ability becomes an important component of their professional ability.After The Educational Technology Ability Standards for Primary and Secondary School Teachers (Advance Copy) giving,provinces and cities organized educational technology trainings for the implementation of primary and secondary school teachers educational technology ability training plan.Yet according to authoritative survey which shows that Chinese primary and middle school teachers' educational technology ability does not reach satisfactory level.Educational technology ability training urgently needs scientific and effective teaching strategy to ensure the effect of training.Teaching work does not have absolute single effective teaching methods.So the author will apply experiential training model in Weixian teachers'training in order to improve training quality and develop Educational Inform ationization.This paper studied in both theoretical research and practical investigation by combining methods of experiential training and the primary and secondary school teachers'educational technology ability training application. The article is divided into five parts.At the first part, this paper expounds the present situation of the training.and then raises the problems in training and analyses the reasons.at last points out that the experiential training can indeed improve teachers'educational technology ability.In the second part.the article analyses several aspects of experiential training, such as the connotation, development, characteristics and theoretical basis.In the third partthe article overall designs the experiential training after analysis of learners and training target.In the forth part,the article implements the training and analyses the data and confirms that experiential training is really effective in the primary and secondary school teachers educational technology ability training.In the last part are achievements and deficiencies of the research.The author hope the research can provide reference for the future educational technology training.
