With the continuous progress of the process of education informationnization,the requirement of the university teachers' information technology application level in our country is also increasing.Colleges and universities have increased college teachers' educational technology ability training efforts,the training mode to continue reform and innovate,the training content to trainees as a center,which can better enhance the trainees' interest in training,play the autonomous learning and improve the ability of innovation and practice.In this information micro age,micro-course has become a means of universities' teaching reform and the effective way to cultivate teachers' teaching abilities.Therefore,it is very necessary to explore the application of micro-course in the university teachers' educational technology ability training.To that end,this paper conforms to the development of teachers' educational technology ability training requirements of the times,to the college teachers' educational technology ability of school-based training as the research object,to micro class as an intermediary,the use of questionnaire survey method,system method,case analysis method and other research methods,to explore the micro lesson optimization model and method of the school-based training of high school teachers' educational technology ability,in order to improve the micro-course optimization of university teachers' educational technology ability,and adapt to the needs of development of higher education information technology.The paper will introduce micro-course into school-based training of university teachers' educational technology ability,take the educational technology ability of H College Teachers' training as the research object,to carry out the research on school-based training of university teachers' educational technology ability micro-course optimization.First of all,on the basis of combing the relevant literature,we analyze the contents of the micro-course,the characteristics of college teachers,the school-based training and other content or related theories,and detailed analyse the research status.of the domestic and international.Secondly,on the analysis of the micro-course optimization of college teachers' educational technology ability of school-based training system composition,and the micro-course in the school-based training application form,combining with the actual situation of H University training,construct micro-course optimization of college teachers' educational technology ability of school-based training design model.After that,based on the micro-course design and development process,developed a series of micro courses and applied to the micro-course to optimize the mode of school-based training.At last,the model is evaluated to test its feasibility and effectiveness.The research has shown that: the construction of micro-course optimization of college teachers' educational technology ability of school-based training model has strong operability.The micro-course design and development process is feasible.Micro-course optimization of college teachers' educational technology ability of school-based training design can effectively enhance the teachers' educational technology ability.The results of this study can improve college teachers' educational technology ability,promote the teachers' professional development,accelerate the speed of the informatization process of college education.It also can provide a certain basis for the application of the model to the other similar colleges and universities to optimize the training of teachers' educational technology ability.
