The Study On Progressive Life Education In Nine-year School

Life education is an educational activity which designed to help students understand the life,cherish life, respect for life, love life, improve life skills,and enhance the quality of life. The United States and other countries have a very long history of life education in primary and secondary schools , and Taiwan'research has got relatively good results in recent years. A part of domestic schools started to performance life education in recent years, mainly in the form of moral education activities. The study of progressive life education in nine-year school education needs further theoretical and systematic. Therefore, the implementation of life education in the nine-year school will have important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the core concepts and a literature review of life education, this papers designes questionnaire for all students, teachers and parents in the case school. Through analysising the questionnaire, highlight the issue of the status quo. Then in accordance with the result of life education questionnaire to practise life education in the case school. In continue practice of life education, the school has gradually developed a unique system of life education courses, including subject courses (subjects infiltration courses, school-based curriculum and extended curriculum), special education and theme activities (life education moral practice,"Traditional festival"and "Campus Festival"life educational activities, "stage" ceremony and "courtesy, etiquette, courtesy," educational activities and school club activities).Finally, combining the problems that life education had encountered in the case school, the papers further explores the effectiveness foundation of the effective implementation of life education, attempts to proposes some usable suggestions and reference for the implement of life education in the similar nine-year schools.
