The Montessori's Education Method is founded by Italy famous educator Maria Montessori.At the beginning,it is designed for the learning and development of children who with intellectual obstacle,By constantly adjusting,this method also suitable for the normal preschool children,but we should consider the problem of applicability and localization when the Montessori's Education Method was introduced into China.At present and in the future,the Developing and Perfecting of The Montessori's Education Method is the educators' task.As a preschool educators,during our learning and working,we must face the problem of the Montessori's Education Method's localization,in other words,we have to think of how to sublate absorb her education idea and merge the reasonable core into our preschool education,make it suitable for our locale kindergarten's situation and the guidance of kindergarten education(2001),So as to promote the development of children's comprehensive quality and personality.This research is focused on the question of the Montessori's Education Method's localization,Takes Kindergarten B in Beibei District of Chongqing as a Example, applys literature,observation and visitation to study the actuality and influence factors of The Montessori's Education Method implement in this kindergarten,then gives some suggestions for the Montessori's Education Method's localization.The research indicates that the way of using the Montessori's Education Method is based on the core of The Montessori's Education Method.The localization practises are as follows:the localization of the environment creation;in the process of teaching-aid's operation,the localization is realized and developing the new teaching-aid according to the kindergarten's needs;the role of the teacher is also transform,the teacher is not just a Caretaker,a Facilitator or a Observer,she also had active communication with parents, a leaner of new knowledge,a course exploiter,and a reflective practitioner on teaching. As the education content,it referring to the guidance of kindergarten education(2001); and the education method not completely according to the of The Montessori's three-step teaching method,it mainly uses heuristic teaching method,inquiry teaching method,discussion teaching method and so on.With analysis of the actuality and influence factors of the Montessori's Education Method's localization in this kindergarten.The author make suggestions:the cultural differences of the Montessori's Education Method should be fully considered;envisage the limitations of the Montessori's Education Method's itself;transform and apply the educational factors rational in the Montessori's course;enhancing teachers team construction;the captain of the kindergarten should provide comfortable conditions for teacher;and pay attention to the communication between family and kindergarten.
