The Study On School-based Teaching Practice Model In UK

Teaching Practice is the link between theory and practice.It is also a key process through which future teachers enter the area of professional teaching.However, teaching practice is facing the difficulty of integrating theory with practice in our country.The mode of school-based initial teaching practice model has been currently putting into effect in UK,which focuses on educational specialized theory and practice alternately appear,pay more attention to the role in teacher practice,curriculum arrangements emphasize the co-operation of university,elementary and middle schools so as to bridge the theory and practice.Discussing and analyzing the background and characteristics of the school-based teaching practice model in UK can provide some reference for the reform and development of the teaching practice of student teachers in our country.There are four parts in this research:Partâ… :The introduction of the origin and the literature of this research design;Partâ…¡:Analyses the constitution of school-based teaching practice model,mainly describe the objectives,contents,forms and principles.Partâ…¢:Discuss the operation of school-based teaching practice model,which includes three aspects:preparation,implementation and management.Finally analyses it with a case.Partâ…£:Analyses the characteristics,effects and the main problems of school-based teaching practice model.Partâ…¤:I finally put forward my own views and advice for the current reform of teaching practice to illustrate the deficits of our teaching practice in our country.
