| Despite the importance it possessed in our country's college education reform, the joinmm education of colleges is still exploring its developing road.Most researches done on it are studies on cases analysis,while few are theoretical.Existing materials contains a rather comprehensive and intensive research on the mode as well as the analysis on the theory of the jointrun education.However,systematic and profound researches on the college jointrun education system are rare.This provides us big space to study the establishement of the people-oriented college jointrun education system and related policies and suggestions.Meanwhile,the experience and mode gained in the practices of college jointrum education are not mature and stable,which made the further study on the system and the mode of college jointrun education meaningful both practically and theoretically.Starting with the analysis of the related factors that cause the change of the college jointrun education system,and the two subjects of the college jointrun education system(the government and joint running schools),this essay comprehensively explore the problems of the system and their reasons found in the 7 jointrun MOE universities in Wuhan.The imperfection of the government system and the jointrun education system are believed to be responsible for the slow development of college jointrun education.The key element to developing joitnrun education system is to establish sound organization mechanism and the teaching quality guarantee system,perfect the system of student status management,logistic guarantee service and popularization.Innovation is made in this essay.By using the New system economics,the essay comprehensively analyzes the the system of college jointrun education,giving both theoretical and practical reform suggestions,studying on the innovative humanistic system that is suitable for our country's coolege education devlopment and thus leave space for exploring feasible policies and advices.
